PCC News of the Week:


 
WOW our first REAL meeting since Lockdown II !


 
Yes, it was great to be able to meet up again and we had a great response from you with 12 members coming to The Space last night. Our tried and tested Covid Restrictions worked well and gave members confidence in coming to a real meeting again. For those of you that missed it, firstly we had members talk about their latest Lockdown images and then Victor gave us a very informative and interesting examples of cloning and healing brushes. By the by .... Well done Victor on your winning image this week!
 

As mentioned last week our KF series of competitions is coming up soon and the timetable is as follows:

  • KF1 - Subject – Open – 3 entries allowed Colour, Monochrome, Off Camera
     
    Hand-In – Thursday 7th January 2021

  • KF2 - Subject – Subject - Street Life – 1 entry either colour or mono
     
    Subject – Open - 3 entries allowed Colour, Monochrome and Off Camera
     
    Hand-In – Thursday 4th February 2021

  • KF3 - Subject – Open – 3 entries allowed Colour, Monochrome, Off Camera
     
    Hand-In – Thursday 4th March 2021

  • Image Of The Year – YOUR choice from all entries already shown in KF1,2,3 AND all lockdown entries - 3 entries allowed Colour, Monochrome, Off Camera
     
    Hand-In – Thursday 1st April January 2021

  • Reminder - the 2021 Charles Hosken competition entries open on Jan 21st and the results show will be a virtual event via Zoom on or around the 20th March 2021. As usual up to 4 images of your choice. Final details still not yet available.

I see from our new “Portfolios” area that no-one has yet taken advantage of it yet, so come on don’t be shy!
