Editor - Derek Godridge and the team: PCC News this week:

Last night’s meeting was a very relaxed affair and included a fun Quiz organized by Mandy followed by some great food treats supplied by members themselves. Our winner (once again) was the highly knowledgeable Allison who duly won her prize of the night. Congratulations to her and the other placed contestants.

Karen gave us some updated details of the social events she has planned for us, so see below in the Social Events section. Below is our Porthleven gathering from May 2022.

Other Musings: Just something to look forward to with the new season in September – as you know I do play around a little using the el cheapo programme Photoshop Elements and “here’s one I did earlier” as they say. I’ll be showing you how to do something similar, but in the meantime, if you’re wondering where it is (apart from you Raymond☺) yes it’s Kynance Cove with the tide out. It’s my most favourite place in Cornwall as it’s one of the beauty spots I first came to on visiting Cornwall for the first time in about 1968 !!! Spot the difference and I’ll show you more next season.

BTW Health & Safety message – if visiting, keep a watchful eye out for the tide coming up !
