I enjoy Photoshop, but more for light editing rather than changing the look or narrative of the image. I like in-camera experimentation, making impressionistic, abstract, and conceptual photographs. In contrast, I also love photographing animals.

At present I am using a Canon 7D Mark II. I find it more complicated than my old Canon 400D and happy for any advice along the way.

My wife Irene and I moved to Cornwall around 48 years ago. Seeing the expert surfers out I would try to capture the moments.
At present I use a Canon 90d and a 7d mk2 that Irene uses on occasions. Its only fair as I lost her 600d and lens when it fell over the cliffs at Gwithian.
