PCC News

Trophy Cleaning last night went off very well and with the large number of members who showed up to help we soon had those cups looking shiny and new all ready to be handed over on our Awards Dinner on the 25th June, so a big thanks to the team from Mandy.

We then had an impromptu meeting around the Summer Programme to collectively decide on where to go etc. an d Karen will be issuing a new proposed programme shortly.

This weekend is Falmouth Classics with sailing out in the harbor and Carrick Roads but unfortunately the weather forecast is pretty rubbish, so you might want to console yourselves in one of the pubs around Falmouth which are holding the Sea Shanty Festival ! Check out the events here:

Club Website: News from Paul Cooper

The Hostname (the street address) for our website has expired and been suspended. Our web address has therefore stopped working. Your committee knew this was happening but the hosting provider TSOHOST proved particularly difficult to deal with and everything we tried they rejected. We requested they not suspend until the issues were resolved but they ignored us.

The website (the house on the street) is still standing and is being updated in the background.

We continue to try and resolve the issue with our existing host, and we can, eventually, move to a new host but, as with moving houses that takes time which is outside PCC control. We are working to resolve this unfortunate conflict ASAP.

Best, Paul
