With the weather pretty good last week members were out and about in a number of locations with exciting events like the Regatta at Mylor offering yet more photographic opportunities to take some good photos. On Monday members were busy at the Space, the club’s regular meeting place, to hand in prints for the clubs upcoming exhibition. Next week, as part of the annual Penryn Week, the club will be hosting its exhibition in Penryn Town Hall. As usual there will be a large selection of members work on display along with digital images being shown on screen. Members will also be on hand to discuss the images and talk to people about the club, what we do, about our philosophy of growing together through teaching sessions, critique evenings and competition events. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to vote for their favourite picture and one person will be chosen at random to receive the print that they said they liked the most. So why not come down and meet us. The exhibition is open from Thursday 11th July 12pm – 8pm, Friday 12th, 10am – 8pm and Saturday 13th, 10am – 7pm. We look forward to meeting you. www.penryncameraclub.org.uk..
